Four ingredients, restaurant results: salmon fillets seared, then glazed in a honey-soy-sake teriyaki that reduces to lacquer in the same pan. Sesame over the top, rice underneath, dinner in fifteen minutes. The sweet-savory gloss against the rich fish explains why teriyaki conquered the world.
Ingredients
- 1 lb Salmon
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
